Malcolm did an excellent job of designing the bouquet we requested. He looked for the pink roses that our daughter requested for the funeral arrangement. Malcolm was very easy and accommodating to work with. I would definitely recommend him for his professional work.

The bouquet was beautiful, fresh and larger than what we ordered, which was great, but the colors were completely different than what we ordered and not what we were intending for a sympathy bouquet. I contacted the florist with my concerns and he understood. I then contacted the recipient, who thankfully took no offense to the bright colors and said she loved them. So all's well that ends well. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you Erica for being understanding. Since you said this, I will say this for other people who place orders for the future: in the “Special Instructions” box, you are able to request specific colors for any arrangement as well as let me know what time you want your flowers to be delivered by. As for flower color goes, substitutions are sometimes inevitable. Flower availability is an obstacle all florists face and there is usually a disclaimer for it under every arrangement. Everyone who places an online order should also call me to reinforce their wishes. Thank you again Erica as this needed to be said.
